Since her breakthrough back in 2016, Åsa Söderqvist’s lo-fi rock project ShitKid has been one of the most captivating acts in Europe, constantly defying expectations and breaking conventions.

After abruptly ending the project in 2020 and disappearing from the music scene altogether, ShitKid is now back, set to tour around the world in 2026, as ShitKid celebrates 10 years of existence. PNKSLM Recordings will also be releasing the compilation The Essential (Vol 1) which brings together the raw, rock-driven highlights from her career, as picked by Åsa herself.
