Computer is a band from Vancouver that originated as a recording project between lifelong friends Hudson Schlesny and Ben Lock. As their recordings developed, the songs got too chaotic and nuanced to be able to play live with a normal band which got them excited about expanding the band into a larger collective of people. Fast forward two years and the band is fully formed as a seven piece and working on transforming their songs to embrace a wider range of instrumentation including Saxophone, Synths, and Percussion. Since the seven piece was formed the band has played 35 shows including a tour in Eastern Canada and appearances at Sled Island and Khatsalano Festival. In October of 2025 the Band released their Debut Album Station On The Hill on Dine alone records and toured in the UK/FR and the Netherlands for an appearance at Left Of The Dial Festival in Rotterdam.
